The structure and basic principle of the aluminum straw machine
1. Traction component: The key is composed of a number of hard oxidized aluminum rollers and a pair of traction rubber rollers, which have the effect of pulling raw materials for unwinding of finished products. 3. Frame and transmission device: The key of the frame is composed of upper and lower board walls and supporting and feeding mechanical equipment. 4. Material preparation organization: The key is composed of transmission chains, synchronous wheels, magnetic powder clutches and inflatable shafts. If the current amount of the magnetic powder clutch is adjusted, the size of the supporting force of the preparation shaft can be changed.
5. Feeding organization and automatic deviation correction system: The key to the feeding organization is composed of a feeding shaft, a supporting point block, a cylinder, a base, and a moving seat up and down. The automatic correction system includes: optical start, correction device guide roller, upper and lower support frame, correction device moving plate, steel ball nut, ball screw, synchronous motor and up and down travel switch.
