The working principle of the crusher machine
The working principles of different types of crushers are different. The following are the working principles of several types of crushers:
1. The working principle of the heavy hammer crusher: the motor drives the rotor to rotate at a high speed in the crushing chamber, and the material is fed into the machine from the upper feeding port, and is crushed by the impact, impact, shearing and grinding action of the high-speed moving hammer.
In the lower part of the rotor, there is a sieve plate, and the particles smaller than the sieve hole size in the crushed material are discharged through the sieve plate. The coarse particles larger than the sieve hole size stay on the sieve plate and continue to be hit and ground by the hammer, and finally discharged through the sieve plate Outside of the crusher.
2. The working principle of the impact crusher: When the machine is working, the rotor rotates at a high speed under the drive of the electric motor. When the material enters the impact area of the blower, it will collide with the blower on the rotor and be broken.
It is thrown to the counterattack device and broken again, and then rebounds from the counterattack liner back to the hammer action area to break again. This process is repeated.
The material enters the first, second, and third counterattack chambers from large to small, and is repeatedly crushed until the material is crushed to the required particle size and discharged from the discharge port. Adjusting the gap between the counterattack frame and the rotor can achieve the purpose of changing the size and shape of the material.
