The working principle of the slitting machine
1. The paper slitting machine needs to cut the whole roll or the whole raw material to a fixed length, such as plastic packaging materials, packaging cartons, steel plates, films, leather, wood chips, etc. control.
2. The slitting length can be set continuously. If there is an error in the actual slitting length, it is easy to calibrate it by setting parameters.

Second, the slitting and rewinding of materials is on the rise. This is mainly because the winding tension is incorrect. Adjust the appropriate winding tension of the paper slitting machine. Use a pressure roller for winding and wrap the slitting material through the pressure roller before entering the winding paper core. Third, the meter count is inaccurate. For this kind of problem, the two wheels of the meter-counting wheel can be in contact with the feeding rubber roller at the same time, and a mark on the meter-counting wheel can be hand-cranked 5 times to count 1 meter. Otherwise, the meter can be replaced.
