The working principle of the tissue packaging machine
The paper towel packaging machine is also called the paper pumping packaging machine, which is mainly used for packaging paper and paper towels in the household paper. According to the classification of packaging, it can be divided into soft pumping packaging machines and box pumping packaging machines. According to the degree of automation, it can be classified into semi-automatic and fully automatic packaging machines.
With the improvement of people's living standards, paper towels are used more and more widely in daily life, so how are paper towels packaged? Briefly introduce its working principle. After the paper towels are folded and processed by the paper pumping machine, bulk paper is formed. Packing bulk paper into the packaging material is the function of the packaging machine. Using cpp plastic film is soft pumping paper, and using carton packaging material is box pumping paper.
The packaging process is divided into two steps: bagging and hot-sealing. Bagging is to push paper towels into a bag or box, with a dedicated bagging machine, or an integrated hot seal.
